OOO Zavod Moskabel is one of the TOP 5 manufacturers of a wide range of cable products in the central part of the Russian Federation. We received the certificate from the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation for the right to supply our products to the nuclear industry.

ELKAT

OOO Elkat is a legal successor of the modern Russian-Finnish company. It specializes in the production of cooper rod (with production capacity of 150000 tons per year) and wire (16000 tons per year). It includes the certified laboratory ELKAT. MOSKABEL-TSVETMET. OOO Moskabel-TsvetMet produces a wide variety of items of cables, electric conductors, and wires. It is the only company in Russia that produces hollow aluminum conductors.

MOSKABEL-FUJIКURA

This company was founded together with the Japanese company Fujikura Ltd. This joint venture company is the leader in optical cable production in Russia. The production capacity is 35000 km of products per year for backbone, intercity and local networks.

MOSKABEL-WINDING WIRES

This is the only company in Russia producing transposed wires. It is also the biggest producer of winding wires with fiberglass and paper insulation, as well as winding wires insulated with different types of synthetic layers. The company closely collaborates with the leaders of the machine and transformer industry.

VOROTYNSKY ENERGY-REPAIR FACTORY

This company specializes on a complex of services of professional diagnostics, repairs, and modernization of electric machines. It works on its own production facilities and in the places of operation of its products. The plant works with big foreign partners such as SIEMENS, ABB, General Electric and others.

«NATALI» RESTAURANT

This restaurant provides the employees of the Group of Companies Moskabelmet with full meals and corporate catering, including delivery of hot lunches and organizing events. The menu includes a wide range of meals and cakes to order.

SCANDINAVIAN HEALTH CENTER

A multipurpose medical center that provides a wide range of diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation, health maintenance, and aesthetics. Every year the center helps more than 30,000 patients from Moscow and surrounding regions.

EDUCATION CENTER MKM

An educational institution that is a part of ZAO MKM. It provides educational programs for working professionals and for career enhancement, as well as programs according to Rostechnadzor requirements. The Center provides educational events and issues corresponding certificates for off-site companies as well.

Laboratories:

ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING CENTER «MOSKABELMET»

This laboratory controls air, water, and soil pollution. It monitors hazardous and dangerous physical factors in Moskabelmet’s facilities, as well as functions as an outsource laboratory fully maintaining the nature protection activities of its clients.

«ELKAT» LABORATORY

This laboratory determines the chemistry of copper cathodes and copper rods, mechanical and electric parameters of cooper rods and cooper wires. It is the only institution in Russia testing the cooper cathodes of the London Metal Exchange.

CABLES TESTING CENTER «MOSKABELMET»

This laboratory controls the quality of products on each stage of production. It works for subsidiary organizations of the Group of Companies Moskabelmet and for off-site companies (obtained the Certificate of accreditation by Federal accreditation service – Rossaccreditation). It performs tests on the international level (the Center is included in the Unified Register of the Customs Union).
